us. Below are answers to some of our most commonly asked questions.
1. What are your storage options?
We offer two types of storage spaces:
• 12×40 Space – Ideal for large RVs, trailers, and boats.
• 12×20 Space – Perfect for standard-size boats and smaller RVs
2. How do I access my vehicle after hours?
Our facility offers 24/7 access via a secure LiftMaster gate code. Once you reserve your space, you’ll receive a unique code to access the facility at any time.
3. Is my vehicle secure while in storage?
Yes! Our facility is equipped with 24/7 security cameras, and we use the latest LiftMaster technology for secure entry and exit. We take your vehicle’s safety very seriously.
4. How do I reserve a space?
You can reserve your space easily through our Reservation Page. Simply fill out the reservation form, select your space size, and enter your payment information.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
6. Do I need to sign a contract?
No on-site contract is required! We offer flexible month-to-month storage options, and you can manage everything online.
7. Can I pay online?
Yes! Our online payment system allows you to securely manage your billing and payments for your storage space.
8. Can I store items inside my RV/boat while in storage?
We recommend keeping the interior of your RV or boat empty for security and maintenance purposes, but we understand that some items may be necessary to store. Please contact us for any special storage needs.
9. What happens if I forget my gate code?
If you forget your gate code, contact us immediately at (928) 495-8639 or use the “Forgot Gate Code” option in the portal (coming soon). We’ll provide you with a new code promptly.
